Verzending en levertijden:
Wij verwerken alle bestellingen vanuit ons magazijn in Falkenberg, Zweden, en zorgen voor een snelle verzending. Alle pakketten worden verzonden met DHL.
Voorraadinformatie:
- Op voorraad: Op voorraad in Customhoj, wordt binnen de aangegeven tijd naar u verzonden. Voor EU-landen vindt de levering doorgaans plaats binnen 2-5 werkdagen na verzending.
- Uitverkocht: Momenteel niet op voorraad bij Customhoj, maar we verwachten het snel weer op voorraad te hebben! Neem gerust contact met ons op voor informatie over wanneer het product weer beschikbaar is.
Bij aankoop van producten met meerdere varianten wordt de voorraadstatus automatisch bijgewerkt wanneer u de specifieke variant selecteert die u wilt kopen.

30 dagen retourbeleid - zonder vragen:
Als u niet helemaal tevreden bent met uw bestelling, of u nu een andere maat wilt of andere vragen heeft, bieden wij u een volledig retourbeleid van 30 dagen vanaf de dag dat u uw bestelling ontvangt. De verzendkosten voor het retourneren zijn voor uw rekening.
Houd er rekening mee dat het recht op retournering niet geldt voor producten die gepersonaliseerd zijn of op bestelling worden vervaardigd. Raadpleeg ons retourbeleid voor alle details en voorwaarden.
