Verzending en levertijden:
We verwerken alle bestellingen vanuit ons magazijn in Falkenberg, Zweden, zodat we een snelle verzending kunnen garanderen. Alle pakketten worden verzonden met DHL.
Voorraadinformatie begrijpen:
- Op voorraad: Op voorraad bij Customhoj, wordt het binnen de aangegeven tijd naar u verzonden. Voor EU-landen vindt de levering gewoonlijk plaats binnen 2-5 werkdagen na verzending.
- Uitverkocht: Momenteel niet op voorraad bij Customhoj, maar we verwachten het snel weer terug te hebben! Voel je vrij om contact met ons op te nemen voor informatie over wanneer het product weer beschikbaar zal zijn.
Als je producten met meerdere varianten koopt, wordt de voorraadstatus automatisch bijgewerkt wanneer je de specifieke variant selecteert die je wilt kopen.
Ons streven naar tijdige verzending zorgt ervoor dat je je bestelling zo snel mogelijk ontvangt.
30 dagen retourbeleid - geen vragen:
Als je niet helemaal tevreden bent met je bestelling, of je nu van maat wilt veranderen of andere problemen hebt, bieden we een volledig retourbeleid van 30 dagen vanaf de dag dat je je bestelling hebt ontvangen. Retourverzendkosten zijn van toepassing.
